Bienvenidos

If you made it here, you found your way a lot quicker than I!  I am lost in a new language of HTML and blog lingo that I am working on figuring out.  What exactly is a widget?!  Do I really need to care about it?  Unfortunately the standardized help page isn’t simple enough for my indwelling impatience.  But I do know that as I use this format more frequently, I will learn of its potential and my blog just might become visually impressive…or not.  I will not strive for visual perfection.  The enjoyment, for me, is not the learning and execution of creating computer generated graphics which lend to having an impressive website.  Not that my eye is not keen to good design or a good marketing campaign, for truly I am a marketer’s dream and will purchase a mediocre product just because its packaging warrants the sale!  However, the purpose of this blog is not to introduce me to the art of creating visual appeal.  Its sole purpose is to exchange and share in life through the art of the written word.

In Spanish this inter-human connection is called, ‘disfrutando’.  I love the Spanish rendition, it is a word in possession of phonetics which sound like the English word, ‘fruit’.  And because I find fruit to be quite tasty, which then ignites the chemistry in the brain to trigger happiness, and happiness creates an environment of enjoyment, one can gather how I connect the two lingual dots together…because enjoyment is the essence of the meaning of the Spanish word, disfrutar. 🙂

I feel as if I have just stepped off a page from the children’s book, “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie.”  Regardless, I am glad you have found me, and I look forward to sharing with you.  ‘Nos disfrutamos todos’.
